Account & Registration

Creating an istarph account is straightforward. Click the istarph Login link in the navigation menu and select the option to register a new account. No. istarph strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any bonuses. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset function on the login page rather than creating a new account.

Go to the istarph Login page and click Forgot Password. Enter the email address registered to your account and istarph will send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access your account, contact our support team at support@istarph.net for manual assistance.

You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting our support team at support@istarph.net. Any remaining balance in your account will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after standard processing. If you are closing your account due to gambling-related concerns, we strongly encourage you to consider our self-exclusion tools first — they may be a better fit for your situation.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal processing times on istarph depend on your chosen method:

All withdrawals require a fully verified account. Pending KYC documents will delay processing. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays are queued and processed on the next business day.

istarph does not charge any platform fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge a small fee for interbank transfers. istarph recommends using GCash or PayMaya/Maya for the fastest and most cost-effective transactions. Always check with your payment provider for their current fee schedule.

Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal include:
  • Incomplete or pending KYC verification
  • Unmet bonus wagering requirements — bonus funds must be fully wagered before withdrawal
  • Withdrawal method does not match the deposit method used
  • Account details mismatch (name on account vs. name on payment method)
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or security flag on the account

You can use an authenticator app or receive a one-time code via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number. With 2FA enabled, even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without the second verification step.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your istarph account, take these steps immediately:
  • Change your password right away via the login page
  • Enable 2FA if it is not already active
  • Contact istarph support at support@istarph.net to report the incident and request a temporary account freeze
  • Review your recent transaction history for any unauthorised activity
